Return & Refund Policy

At Kuddle Kart, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right!

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Eligible items must be:
    • Unused and in original packaging
    • In the same condition as received
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Used or washed products
    • Items marked final sale
    • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., diapers, nursing items), unless defective
  • To start a return, email care@kuddlekart.com with your order ID and reason.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item.

Damaged or Wrong Product?

  • Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include:

    • Order number and issue description
